🎉 Congratulations to Olive & Magdalene Company!

Huntsville is proud to celebrate Olive & Magdalene Company as the winner of our America 250th Business Decorating Contest! Their window display, This Land is Strange & Beautiful, was inspiring, imaginative, and an absolute treat to explore. Every detail reflects the creativity, craftsmanship, and heart they bring to our downtown.

Their display is still up, so be sure to stop by and enjoy it in person. Olive & Magdalene is open on Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM, and it’s well worth the visit.

We are also thrilled to recognize Olive & Magdalene as the first recipients of Huntsville’s Storefront Mini Grant—a $500 reimbursable grant from the Huntsville Economic Development Commission designed to help revive window displays, storefront exteriors, and other visible improvements that brighten and strengthen our commercial district. Their work embodies exactly what this program is meant to encourage: creativity, pride in place, and thoughtful investment in the look and feel of our downtown.
